While going to project planngin summary page, urlis not found. This happens with both processdash 1.3.1 and 1.4 beta. I assume installing JRE 1.3.1.02 did something funny to my personal web server installation. When you run dashboard v1.3.1 and view a plan summary page, it will be loading IEDataApplet.class from a file called 'you run dashboard v1.4-beta, it will be loading an updated version of IEDataApplet.class, but the source URL 'is still the same.Internet Explorer typically caches these '.cab' files rather than reloading them every time they are requested. Therefore, if you run v1.3.1 of the dashboard, and view any dashboard form, IE will have the old version of DataApplet.cab cached.Because of this, you really cannot simultaneously use two different versions of the dashboard (v1.3.1 and v1.4). You need to:.

Shut down ALL running instances of dashboard v1.3.1. Shut down ALL of your IE windows (not just IE windows displaying dashboard forms), so IE will release its cached version of DataApplet.cabThen you should be able to run 1.4 and view forms like the project plan summary.

I tried to clear everything (IE temporary files) and reboot. Still the same exception:java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: File not found:I went and downloaded that and saved it on a scratch directory. Here's the result.

    IEDataApplet is there, is the version correct? I'll mail it privately.KariD:Zloadpspdashdataappletpspdashdir /SVolume in drive D is Local DiskVolume Serial Number is 78A1-CE96Directory of D:Zloadpspdashdataappletpspdash 12:11p. 12:11p data 10:42a 2,494 DateFormatter.class 10:42a 1,924 Settings.class2 File(s) 4,418 bytesDirectory of D:Zloadpspdashdataappletpspdashdata 12:11p.

Hi,On a HP box, for server side adapter installation, you should use java1.1.8 version. You can download this from hp.com website. Please dont use the JVM from java.sun.com as it is meant for solaris.

    Download Jdk

Or if you can find JVM for HP-UX on java.sun.com go ahead. How ever, on the client side of the adapter, you can use java1.3 or even java1.4 without any isssues. Again if the client side of the adapter is gonna on a unix server, then download from the respective OEM side.for windows side of the client installation, you can use any of the Java1.X from java.sun.com. Same thing applies for server side as well. The above expl is applicable both for OW2.1 as well as OW2.2, and also for OW3.0Thanx,Venkatesh.
